Ralph is the third generation of the Citarella family in Bayonne Exterminating. He received his degree in Corporate Communications from The College of New Jersey with an emphasis in Market Research and Analysis. Ralph is the President of Bayonne Exterminating and coordinates new programs, sales and quality control. In January 2009 Ralph became a fully accredited Board Certified Entomologist and currently is the Director of Program and Education for the New Jersey Pest Management Association.
